In the old days, exam was very important, because the government chose the excellent person through exam. In my opinion, exam is a good way to help students get improved. Every time when exam comes, I will go over my lesson and pick up the small details, which is ignored sometimes. When the result comes out, I know my level and find a way to get better. Students need to know that the result is not that important, but the process of improving ourselves.
