Generally， from Monday to Friday， 9 o’clock to 17 o’clock is the working time. Most people do their work according to the working time， only a few people finish their work that is measured by task. In my opinion， task-based work is the most efficient way to finish job.

For some people， they just sit in the office and accomplish nothing in the whole day. They wait for the hour to end their working time. But for the task-based work， once people finish the task， they are free to do what they want， then they will have great motivation to finish job. More creative work will be discovered when people use their brainstorm.
